Camping at Rondeau

Well Joe, Marley and myself just got home from our weekend camping trip at Rondeau Provincial park. It was Joe's birthday on Saturday and we booked this trip a long time ago because we knew there was nothing we would rather do for his birthday then go camping. We went with Ethan, Kaity and Brandon and it was an awesome trip. The weather turned out to be amazing!! It was suppost to be rain all weekend and we only got about an hour of rain Saturday morning....by 1pm it was 26 degrees and complete sun. The evenings were beautiful, and we watched the sun come down.

We spent most of our time at the beach...the beaches at this park are really nice...that is one of the reasons we went there. We were achually at the dog beach so our little Marley could run around off leash...because when we were on the non dog beach a park ranger came up to us and told us dogs aren't allowed, so we had to leave. The dog beach turned out to be a nicer beach, and hardly any people....you still see losers walking there dogs on a leash and i feel so sorry for those dogs. Like who leashes there dog on a fricken dog beach!?!?! Dogs are animals, they arent meant to be leashed, let them be free. Marley was having the time of his life...He loves the beach. He was playing in the waves with all of us, and swimming his little heart out. All of us had a blast in the water...it was pretty windy which meant awesome waves. We were just loving it. Marley looked halarious because you would just see his little head floating above the water, going threw huge waves...hahah.

We had a pretty nice campsite however when we got there we noticed there was a campsite to our left pretty close...and we hoped it wasnt a loser family that would complain about noise, Marley or other garbage. Getting bad neighbors while camping can completly destroy a weekend. Well, we got extreamly luckey...we had a group of cool hippies from Toronto. There was a couple and 3 guys..around 25-30. They were really good people and we achually hung out with them quite abit....Ethan achually played beer pong with them for a few hours...hahah. The best thing about them was they absolutly loved Marley...and Marley loved them, and would achually ditch us, and go hang out with them..hahah. The one girl couldn't get enough of him, he would just lay on his back while she rubbed his belly. They were so nice to him and gave him so much attention, so that made me really happy.

The camping trip was definatly needed, and we all had a great time. Here are some pictures from the weekend, enjoy.

THE PROUD HOMEOWNERS OF 1340 WILTON AVE!!

Well....Joey and Myself are officially home owners!!!!

We are the proud owners of 1340 Wilton Ave.
We couldn't be any more happy, and we can't wait to move into our new home.
We are so Lucky because we get to move in August 13th because the house is empty, which works out perfectly because as of August 15th we have to be out of our apartment. So in Less then a month and we will be sitting in our charming little home! We are both so excited.

We are both very happy about the whole process as well. Couldn't have been any easier..I thought getting a mortgage was more complicated then it is, but it has been a very painless and pleasant experience. We are very excited to throw a house warming party eventually and show everyone our little pride and joy. It is the perfect house for Joe and I, and we got it at an excellent price. The house is so warm and cozy, and the first time we went into the house it felt like home. The backyard is great, and Marley will be very happy there.

Ellen, It's a shame you guys left as soon as we bought the house, however next time you guys are back in Canada, Joe and I will throw another BBQ so we can all enjoy the house. We wish you were still here.

We are very happy with our purchase, and feel quite proud of ourselves. There aren't too many 22 year olds buying houses, and we are confident things will only get better for us. I couldn't be happier. Anyways here are a few pictures of our new home, enjoy!!

We look forward to having everyone over for some drinks and a BBQ. Kate if you and Lucas are coming to visit, the best time would be early September. So life is good for Joe and I, it just goes to show, you can achieve all your dreams if you just work hard and never doubt.
I will update soon with all my renovation and decorating ideas!! Stay tuned
Megan
